With Emma taking their first steps ‘from online to offline’ late 2022, I was happy to consult and be part of the successful search and opening of their first physical retail location, open in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.

Following this successful pilot, the partnership was strengthened further with a Pan-European scope of expansion.

Leading and coordinating the Pan-European growth and roll-out of physical Emma retail stores, from the first successful pilot in The Mall of the Netherlands, to a portfolio presence of 15 stores in 5 countries end of 2024.
